Water filters

Zero water filters work well and last a reasonable amount of time. Not cheap, but remove the minerals in my tap water that clog my coffee maker, steam mop and recirculating pet water bowls.

The Best Filter but the cost....

I live in LA with terrible water and I hate the taste of it. I tried other filters but they could not remove the taste. I tried RO filters but felt it wastes so much water. LA water is precious. ZeroWater worked so well, the taste is great. Unfortunately the lifetime is very short and it gets very expensive. I am also environmentally conscious, and returning them for recycling is also expensive, their recycling program doesn't even help with the cost of shipping the used filters back. Water is great but it's costly.

High PPM? no problem! save $ buying direct

The ppm of my water is 305, needless to say ZeroWater filters bring that down to 0. The only downside for my situation is that i have the change the filter more often, but the prices on their site are more reasonable than at a retail store so i highly recommend buying directly.

Its good, would be better if filters where consistent with how long they last. Some filters ive used lasted 3 months other needed to be changed after 2 weeks. These filters are not cheep either.

The life of the filter is based on two factors, first the quality of your tap water and secondly your consumption rate. As both of these factors have the ability to change frequently so can the life of the filter. Filter life is always gauged in gallons, which is the most accurate form of measurement. Average filter life tends to be somewhere between 15 and 25 gallons of filtered water per filter.

Disappointed

I’ve had this since July. The water tasted great. Then 2 weeks later, I had to change the filter. I was annoyed, but the water’s not great. I get it. So based on a 2 week commitment, I budget and set an expectation. Now on my 5th filter, it only lasted a week before needing replacement. This is ridiculous. The water didn’t get worse and our consumption went down if anything with the kids returning to school. I also didn’t realize how much plastic and waste was involved when purchasing. I would never have bought this product if I realized how much and quickly I would be putting in landfills.

We sorry to hear about the short life on 1 of last few filters, if this ever happens we are always happy to send a replacement. Just call customer service at 1-800-503-2939 and we can assist you. Also, the filters are a #5 plastic and can be recycled, we even have a recycle program you could take advantage of as well. Just click the link below for more information.

Can't get water to drain completely to bottom. New filter works first fill. After that I had to change filter. Same results second filter. Rural water supply. Standard water reading 243.

I am happy to use ZeroWater filters. I feel good about how well they seem to work and I like the value from the 4 pack. We drink a lot of water and use them quite frequently.
