Have used other filtering systems before, this is the best. Water in Florida taste terrible with this pitcher and filter water taste as good or better than any expensive bottle water that i used to buy. Give it a try you wouldn't be disappointed.

Living a healthy life free of harmful toxins is a very important part of my lifestyle. I have been using the Zero Water filters for several years now and love them. They provide me with peace of mind that I am drinking clean, safe & healthy water. There are many things I cannot control but Zero Water gives me the opportunity to drink, cook & bake with toxin-free water. Thanks Zero!

Filters do not seem to be of the same quality as bought from local retail store. They only last a few days whereas the one's I've purchased from a local retailer last a good 30 days or more.

We apologize for the short life on the filters you received, all filters are manufactured and shipped from the same location so there is no difference between the filters that we sent to you and the filters that you had gotten locally. It is possible you just got some filters that did not meet our standards for quality. We are sending you an additional 4 Pack of filters, if you continue to have issues please give us a call at 1-800-503-2939.

Been using but ....

Been using over a year but it is a real pain when changing filter and pitcher will not fill up all the way because of “an air bubble”. I’ve tapped the filter all over before using and after and same results. The water is great when the filters work. Don’t like being told to tap filters to fix. Tried that. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to this. It sounds like you may have contacted our customer service team already since you mentioned that air pockets are in your filter. To alleviate this it is best to lift the filter and reservoir out of the pitcher or dispenser and tap the side of the filter using moderate force to help break up the air pocket. Then take just the filter & reservoir to the sink and put about an inch of water into the reservoir and allow that to run through the filter and right into the sink to displace and dispel the air pocket. After that has completed then return the filter and reservoir to the pitcher or dispenser and continue to filter water as normal. Additionally we would suggest pouring your unfiltered tap water directly onto the top of the filter.
