The product does a good job of producing filtered water WITH some reservations. The filters cease to process water with the pitcher 1/3 full. You must lift the liner up and rotate a quarter turn to get a little more water to process. We have two pitchers, and it is true with every filter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Taste

I first bought a zero water container at my job. It was the first time and that was a few years ago. I switched from another brand. I can definantly taste the difference in the taste from water just out of the foucet and water that has gone through the zero water filter. Would not trade it. The only thing I don't like, is that after a while, it seems the water takes forever to go through the filter.

Well I Like the Zerowater system. but the store sells it without replacement filters.
The replacement filters costed more than expected and took 4 weeks to get to me.
Where as my son got it delivered the same day using another company. I am whole against your company now and a will never bay any of your products any more.

Healthy Way to Consume Water

I was drinking reg tap water and bottled water and was sick all the time. So I did my own research and could not believe whats in the tap water and bottled waters. Not to mention the cost of bottled water. Its the same cost per gallon as bottled, there's less trash from plastic bottles and I am healthy now that I'm not consuming chemicals. Zero water removes 99.9% of Heavy Metals including Lead and Dissolved Solids..Here's a thought, everything that goes down your drain dish soap, cleaning products exedra ,goes to the water treatment plant evaporates into the air comes back down with the rain right back into the ground to your wells and into your homes. Its worth the try to keep your family and kids safe and healthy. They even have sports bottles with filter straws .The taste and smell of clean water is worth it. Enjoy !!!

Clean Water

We've had the cooler model for a year. When the filters are brand new, the water is excellent. BUT, the last four times we've change filters, 1of them barely works. I've tapped them before installation, doesn't work. Nothing is blocking the flow from the upper tank, so it's the filters. One of them drips the other almost nothing. This is
a waste of money! You need better quality control.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us. To alleviate this it is best to lift the filter and reservoir out of the pitcher or dispenser and tap the side of the filter using moderate force to help break up the air pocket. Then take just the filter & reservoir to the sink and put about an inch of water into the reservoir and allow that to run through the filter and right into the sink to displace and dispel the air pocket. After that has completed then return the filter and reservoir to the pitcher or dispenser and continue to filter water as normal.

Fabulous product; clean water for tea, coffee, ice

After using a Brita filter when visiting my UK cousins, I looked for a filter system and Zerowater sounded better. After using the 10 cup Zerowater filter in Atlanta and finding that the water made tea and coffee taste better, and was great for making really clean water to use in baking, I bought more for friends in Verona, Italy, where the water has about 350 ppm dissolved solids. In Atlanta (70 ppm), each filter lasts about 3 months, making it much cheaper and more convenient than buying bottled water. The filters don't last as long in Italy but it is still a great deal. I now take a pitcher and a box of 12 filters every time I go to Italy. Zerowater tastes better, makes better ice, bread, tea, and coffee. In my view, it's an extremely good product and great value for the money.
