These work. Los Angeles water routinely comes out of the tap smelling and tasting like chlorine, and since I’ve been using my Zero Water pitcher, I’ve noticed none of that smell or taste in my drinking water.

I love zero water. Best tasting water I have ever tasted. The filters are well worth it. I would spend more on bottle water then buying Zero water filters and the water taste better and is more healthy for you.

The filters were great a few years ago but in the past six months the 10 filters I have bought wouldn’t let water through after a week of use

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.

Awesome Filtration for Water

These filters do the trick every time. I live in an area where water from th ed tap comes out cloudy at times and after pouring the water through the Zero Water filter the water is not only crystal clear but it actually tastes like fresh spring water. It truly is amazing how awesome these filters are.

I've used ZERO for many years now and can't imagine using anything else. I came across one of my old "water pitcher" types of filter systems, put in the filter I had with it and primed it like you have to do. Taste tested the water in comparison to my ZERO and there was no comparison. ZERO is the BEST for the money and reliability!
