The filter does not work constantly. It fills with air and cannot filter the water. It must be squeezed to release the air.
A filter does not last more than a month and a half. Compared with the same use of other filters and its value is more than double.
The consistency of your water purifier with your quality tester in just one month the meter fluctuates from 002 like new to 006.
I think the optical illusion of seeing 002 compared to tap water 237 is impressive and comparing it to water in Nestle plastic bottles 026 that are more purified. But Zero's filter would have to maintain consistency for a longer period of time in the same circumstances as Pure for example or Nestle for its price to be RASONABLE and not exaggerated and excessive.
At the end of the process of introducing a new and better product, the amount of sales at a lower purchase cost prevails over the competition.

I’ve had to throw out half of the filters that I’ve bought because they leak so my water isn’t correctly filtered. I love the quality of the filters when they work, so would welcome any suggestions to prevent the leaking.

I have been picky about my drinking water since I was a small child, and of all the water I’ve ever had this is by far the very best!!! It’s so pure, so clean and so thirst quenching. I am NEVER going back to other “filtered” waters. Zero water will be in my family for years to come!

Great tasting water but pitcher needs redesign

Love your product and the water tastes great. Still unsure if the filter removes the good minerals and vitamins that we need from water.
My only complaint is that after filling the top with water, one must wait to pour it in, as the freshly added water will leak out when pouring it from the pitcher.
