I ordered a box of two and both provided black water through filter. Had to toss out both. Waste of money.

I love the product, and I love the ease of being able to order it online directly from the company. I just can't say dealing with the person that I dealt with in customer service was very pleasant. Was not the most patient or understanding person nor did I feel he or she was listening to me.

I just bought my zero water pitcher read everything from top to bottom, read my TDS levels here in Alaska and the booklet read it to be about 50-200?? And the website said 80 TDS. Which falls in the range. The only complaint I have is it takes forever to filter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Filters are suddenly less effective

I’ve been using zero water filters for the past 7 years. Since Culligan has purchased them their filters are no longer lasting more than 3-4 weeks before the tds meter starts to read above a zero. It’s not cost effective to have to replace the filter every month
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good tasting filtered water but short life span

Good tasting filter water but the life span of the filter only last 2 weeks on my case. Then it starts to taste sour

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. We empathize with your situation and we have spoken with many customers with this issue. Some of our customers have used other, traditional filtration systems to treat the water prior to filtering through a Zero Water filter, in many cases that will cut the TDS level down enough to make the use of Zero Water more economical.
There is very little we can do to extend the life of our filters when the water supply is so high in TDS. Our filters are designed to remove over 99% of dissolved solids; in areas with high TDS readings filter life will be short.

Constantly backs up

I got a large pitcher and the last filters I use form bubbles inside and I keep on squeezing them out, but it doesn’t fix the issue. I can never have a full pitcher of filtered water because water just gets backed up. I follow the instructions and it fixes the backup for a bit, I add more water and it backs up again. This is just so frustrating I want to switch to another filter brand.
