I love OTTERBOX. I bought a new iPhone 12 mini. Of course, I needed an Otterbox. I love the clear with silver sparkles. It accents my blue phone, as it would any coloured phone. I purchased a different pop socket to bring out my style and help me find my phone more easily. I use the pop socket all day long - to run workout videos in the morning, to set-up my phone at my desk, etc. Best part, the pop socket case recesses in better than pop socket on a regular phone case, so it’s barely noticeable when you don’t need it. I don’t use new age powering options, so it works great for me. Try it.

I upgrade my phone from 5 to iphone 12 mini. I've had my iphone 5 with ottherbox case for over 2 years and It's in perfect condition, no dents ,crack or scratch, now my new phone has the best casing ever, the pop symmetry helps my small hands to hold my phone better. It's worth buying this case because I know the quality can last longer and will protect your phone better.

Otterbox quality save for one shocking thing

I purchased this all clear model of the Otterbox + Pop for my new iPhone 12 Mini and am beyond happy with how the two companies have melded their product into a low-profile single unit that incorporates the Pop Socket technology perfectly. They correctly used the perfectly flat Pop circle that fits into my existing set of dash holders and not the convex ones that are too thick to slide into them. Thank you! So many companies force us to change/upgrade just to use the newest features. This was the correct decision and my family’s continued patronage will be your reward.
My only issue is with static electricity and it presents in these two concerns (This may be specific to the clear version I selected, as I have never had these problems with any of my four previous fully colored Otterbox cases.)
1. I get major dust buildup along every edge, in every opening for camera and lower speakers and minor along the body of the case itself. I am so glad I chose to install glass protectors on the screen and dual camera area as their properties repel such issues. Had I not done this I would be dealing with more than just bi-weekly cleanings. I haven’t even put it in my pocket more than 3-4 times.
2. I get popping and crackling in both of my earbud sets (Apple direct lightning port & Bose w/dongle). It is so bad that it sometimes auto pauses & plays whatever audiobook or music I am listening to when I pick it up or set it down next to my leg while teleworking on my bed with my laptop. It’s a mere annoyance, but again one I’ve never had with any of my previous cases for iPhone 5C, 5 SE, 8 or my early Samsung Galaxy S2. Most were the built-in screen protector Defender series, but I had the first snap on Commuter for the SE, too.

I’d love some feedback from Otterbox so I’ll be contacting customer service after I complete this survey. One truth that will keep me coming back to Otterbox for: protection. I’ve dropped my phones and even demonstrated for colleagues considering a new case by throwing it across a concrete floor. Unstoppable! Not a scratch, bump or bruise. I’ve been able to resell ALL of my phones because they still look brand new when I take them out of the case years later. I can’t think of a better investment or advertisement.

I bought this case when I got my iPhone 12 mini to show off my phone, it makes displaying the color easy, no-one wants to cover up a nice phone especially when its not a traditional color. otter pop makes it easier to hold

Ordered this for my new phone — I love it! I have almost always had a Otterbox Commuter series but I decided to switch to this Symmetry for a sleeker case that also let me enjoy the color of my phone. It has great protection and the pop socket is really nice, great quality. Definitely recommend getting a screen protector too though as this slick plastic can be a little slippery almost? But great quality overall!

I bought this case for my daughter. She loved the case and how it fit her phone. She pulled the pop socket out and it came off and we could not get it back on. After sending a message to Otterbox and paying a shipping fee, a new one was sent to us and this one was perfect. I would definitely recommend this case as well as the Otterbox brand which everyone in my family uses to protect our small fortune of phones!

I’ve used otter box cases since my first iPhone, and unfortunately this case isn’t living up to the hype. I found this case more difficult to get on the phone. The pop socket is nice to hold on to but is flimsy for using to stand up the phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse!
While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface and recommend placing something under the PopSocket to ensure the correct viewing angle is achieved.
