Good product disappointing delivery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is great does its job 5 stars. The problem was with the delivery. Was not detailed on the package and was obliged to pay extra tax. Now im trying to contact authorities in order to get back the tax value. In the future please detail on the package sent so that authorities dont need to extra charge costs. Thanks in advance.
