I love my otter box stardust iPhone 12 case! Otter box is known for it’s supreme phone coverage as well as stylish look. I only buy otter box for my phones. The pop socket is a bonus!

Design led to shattering of my phone

Don't by this case! Like other reviewers, I dropped my phone and the glass back of the iPhone shattered. It is going to cost a fortune to fix. I believe that the break is due to the shape of this OtterBox on the inside. The marketing photos don't show this, but the back is not smooth or snug against the phone. There is a round part under the pop socket that sticks out and is not padded with rubber, and I believe it was the pressure of this hitting the back of the phone that caused it to break when I dropped the phone. I loved this case for its ease of use, but in the future I'm going to stick with a padded case and add a pop socket to it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I prefer Otterbox cases for the protection they provide as well as the quality of the product. They last forever. I found a very colorful one with a pop socket on the back that will be easy to spot in my purse or when I put it down (not the clear shown above). I have not had one with the built in pop socket before. So, I cannot comment on this part of the case.
