Protector works, but installation tool does not

I bought a Defender pro case and this screen protector. The installation tool for the screen protector places the protector too low on the phone by about 0.5mm and it contacts the case, which peels up the protector constantly. I will be contacting Otterbox for a replacement screen protector. Otherwise the protector functions as expected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

And although the installation tool never gave us cause for concern during our internal testing, we'll make sure our quality folks are made aware of your concerns so they can dig in and see what's what.

I bought my Amplify Glass with my otterbox case for iPhone 12 mini. Unfortunately, the screen starts to take in bubble from the corner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

iPhone screens are notorious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] iPhone screens are notorious for cracking easily so I was very happy to try a screen protector for free. The directions are easy to follow and it fits really well on my screen (I have an iPhone SE 2nd generation). So far so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So easy to apply. I was nervous about the application process - but this “kit” makes doing it yourself a breeze. My kids love love love to take my phone and are not super careful about not dropping it. Using a glass protector is a MUST. Also this is anti microbial glass which is a plus in the environment we are living in today! Thanks otter box for another great product. I have received this item complimentary in return for a truthful review on the product.

Easy tasks are always

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy tasks are always the hardest for me lol. But I was able to get the OtterBox screen protector on rather easily! I like how it included the dust cloth, wet wipe and all the other accessories I needed so I didn’t have to try to find “things”. It took me a few times to get it perfect but I managed to get it done!

This screen protector comes with a small adjustable case to place your phone in while you apply the screen that is attached. Sounds weird but such a smart invention!! I will never use anything else going forward!
