It's a good monitor that performs as expected. My only complaint is the auto input switching. I have three devices connected to this monitor (two through HDMI and one DisplayPort). If I'm rebooting something, the monitor will automatically switch to the next live input. Wildly frustrating if your troubleshooting something - and sadly, you cannot disable this "feature". It's a solid monitor, but only use if you have only one input source.

This is the first gaming monitor that I've ever owed and it's absolutely amazing. It's really big, has an amazing display, it can be raised and tilted so you're always comfortable using it in any position. It's a great wide screen resolution, 2K graphics look great, and it still looks amazing with DLSS 3 upscaling technology. I bought one for me and my boyfriend at the same time and we both love it so much. It's one of the best purchases I've ever made. I use my gaming laptop to hook up to it with a Thunderbolt 4 cable and it plugs and plays so easily. I could go on and on about how much I love this gaming monitor but I'll stop. It's amazing, A++ would recommend and buy again.
Your average desktop computer user expects that when their operating system turns off the monitors due to inactivity, that the monitors would go blank. Instead, these monitors flash a bright blue screen every 30 seconds until the signal is returned. This is about the worst feature you could give a monitor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Crisp, clear screen. Beautiful display. Watching football on my 65" TV at the same time as watching another game streaming on this monitor. The monitor actually looked better than the TV. No lag when gaming. Everything you could ask for.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I hate that I have to use DisplayLink to use both of my monitors at the same time for computer use. And it's disappointing that they both can't stay at 120+ hz. As a single monitor, it works great and the 2k resolution with ~140 hz looks great.

Dear Redpanda,
We do understand your disappointment with the product and the inconvenience this may have caused if you need to use DisplayLink to used both monitors.
You don't need to use a DisplayLink to setup dual monitor using two identical model. You can connect the first monitor to a DisplayPort and the other monitor to the HDMI port if the PC has multiple monitor ports. The refresh rate will stay at 120+Hz on both monitors, as long as the GPU on the PC meets the system requirements of the monitor. If it does meet requirements, please check if the PC is running with the most current graphics driver.
Should you need further assistance with the monitor, please email me at cl-rodel@asus.com and I would be more than happy to help.
