I have used Waterpik products for years! I used two separate devices to brush and to floss. This saves me time twice a day and my teeth feel always clean. An improvement to this device would be a stronger pause every 30 seconds for tooth quadrant change. I use this to brush and then floss/rinse toothpaste from my mouth.
It’s great but you should definitely not turn it on right away and should brush your teeth for a few seconds as if it was a manual toothbrush just to make sure the toothpaste actually gets on your teeth, otherwise it just falls off if you turn the toothbrush on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the innovation but...

My wife loves the combination of flossing and brushing together. The replacement heads are a little on the pricy side. But the only real complaint/suggestion is there are no covers for the brushes. My wife’s cat has been spotted jumping onto the counter and using the brush head to scratch herself on. Nothing like an exposed toothbrush/flosser head to turn your stomach and make you toss your brush out.
The toothbrush part of the assembly is rather small in size and expensive to replace

We are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with the Flossing Toothbrush Head. It is designed smaller so that it can fit in the back of your mouth at the right angle for flossing. Although it is smaller than a standard brush, it does not make it any less effective.
