I just want to thank the support team for following through with sending me a replacement waterpik. There was a defect with my 1st waterpik and I was sent a new one from Waterpik support team with no hesitations. I truly thought I was going to be out of waterpik only having it last than 4 months.

I am very pleased with the Waterpik Sonic-Fusion 2.0. It was recommended by my Dentist. It really gets all the food out of crevices. I am amazed how much food product is left on your teeth and gums without using a waterpik. I plan to buy one for my grandchildren. They wear braces.
