It works well but I just don’t think it’s worth the money.

After researching various products, I was very excited to purchase this Waterpik. My excitement was short lived. My biggest complaint is the wand is very long and cumbersome to hold and maneuver. I do like the simultaneous brush and floss feature however, if I just use the brush alone, I find that I inadvertently press the floss feature which causes the cord to jump around in the base unit. Perhaps the floss feature could only be enabled if attached. I've discovered that my personal preference is a round brush in order to access tight spaces. Perhaps both types of brush heads can be included. I find that I preferred my old Waterpik that had a good five year run. I paid too much for this unit so I'm pretty much stuck with it.
I love it! It’s so easy to floss each time I brush and my teeth feel so clean. I couldn’t have asked for a better Christmas gift! It’s worth every penny and I know my check ups are going to be great.
I Love the two in one combo. Brush and floss!!! Ive never flossed so much in my life. Cant wait to see what the dentist says the next time I go in for a cleaning.
