The brushes are very good, have been using one for a couple of months and no visible wear yet. I received one large (adult?) and one small (child?) sized brushes with my appliance. When I registered the appliance and received the coupon for more brushes, there only seemed to be one to choose from, so I ordered it. It turned out to be the small, "compact" is their term. I inquired about why not the large size, and was told the compact was the usual size. However, they did send me a package of the large, "full" is their term, without extra charge, for which I was very grateful. They did not even require that I send back the smalls. Now THAT is good customer service!

Gentle and powerful cleaning. Since using this system my teeth are whiter without using any special whitening toothpaste. Teeth feel really clean after brushing. Gentle on the gums.
