My only complaint is that only 1 brush came with the unit. Considering how much it costs, I think multiple brushes would have been included.

I recieved this item as a gift. I definitely wish the overall product was setup differently I think it could be alot more user friendly. The toothbrush head is to small and way to soft for adults. I feel like I am using a kids toothbrush.

great for whole family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Waterpik sonic-fusion brush heads work very well. The bristles are soft and gentle on my teeth and gums. My favorite part is the flosser in the middle of the head that cleans and removes plaque and grime. I definitely gets the job done. The heads are small which makes it easy to reach my teeth in the back. Overall the brush heads do and excellent job at cleaning in every way. I am highly satisfied with this product.

Extra needed brush heads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a must with the sonic fusion water pick. I have a spare for my son and a back up for myself. These are needed with the product. I don’t think you can substitute since this is a flossed.
