You should decalcify your tank once a month or once every two months. If your water tank won’t put out water it could be because there is a calcium buildup. Fill tank 3/4 full & add 2-3 tablespoons of whir vinegar. Turn on water feature & run it through. Should clear up any blockage problem. The helpline told me this. I love this product!!
