I only received 1 brush. As there are 2 people in our family, only 1 of us can use the water pick, it would have been nice if the 2 brushes that were suppose to be included were in the box.

I really like to waterpik option with the brushing, but the brush is too soft for me for brushing and I primarily use the waterpik for flossing and it works great. I also wish that I did not need to plug it in each time I use the waterpik.

Packaging for Replacement Heads

Have the packaging designers ever actually tried to open the 2-pack replacement heads pack? Is there a secret to opening it without cutting your hands and fingers? Is a special tool required? Exactly what assault are you trying to keep from accidentally opening a package - bear attacks? Wouldn't a small cardboard box work just fine?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
