The larger brush heads are much better. 4 stars because I believe they are a bit pricey.

Sonic-Fusion has advanced radio frequency technology and water flosser technology built into the toothbrush itself, thereby eliminating the need to purchase two separate items. It is the world's first and only flossing toothbrush.

I give it a 3-4 star rating.
It's a good toothbrush & waterpik combo. The 1 thing I did struggle with was the Waterpik and how to hold tooth brush so it doesn't go all over the place and down the entire toothbrush. If traveling its PERFECT for combo. I personally use my other Sonic toothbrush daily and the combo toothbrush 3x's a week now. Also you have to be careful to not pop off the rubber piece inside the toothbrush that waterpik comes out of.
It's a 50/50 kinda thing :)
