My dental hygienist suggested a waterpic, This product does a great job. My gums improved in just a few days after using and I was amazed how well it cleaned small food particles stuck even after brushing.
TOO SMALL TO FEEL EFFECTIVE AND ONLY ONE DIRECTION
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry that you are not happy with these Flossing Brush Head replacements. We do have larger replacements available. Here is a link to the SFFB-2EW https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/tips-accessories/SFFB-2EW/
Loved the concept of having a toothbrush and waterpik together. However after using this for a month I noticed plaque was starting to build up on my teeth, my son is a dentist and told me to go back to my regular toothbrush because although the ADA recommends soft bristle brush these bristles are too soft. Hoping Waterpik will design a new toothbrush head with stiffer bristles.

We are sorry that you are not happy with the replacement Flossing Brush Heads. We appreciate your feedback and will pass it on to our Product Design Team.
Motor for brushing is very under powered. I'm use to the Phillip's Diamond Care which is way above this brushing experience. Plus it's a pain to put it back on it's base as the cord got to be perfectly aligned to seat. I don't like it at all.
The brush is not powerful enough. The motor is too loud. Its a good idea but product needs fine tooning. I returned it.

We appreciate your feedback. The toothbrush portion provides 30,000 brush strokes per minute and has been proven to be effective. The Sonic-Fusion is a motor-driven appliance, and as with other common household motor-driven appliances, some noise is normal. Again thank you very much for your comments, we rely on customer's feedback heavily when designing new products!
Not happy with the small brush head-I prefer a larger brush head.
