Heads are very fragile, broke one first week of use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are so sorry to hear that this happened. Please ensure that you are not using toothpaste containing peroxide. We also recommend that you remove the head after each use and rinse it thoroughly to prevent the build up of toothpaste that can make it difficult to remove the brush head.
I bought this model because of limited counter space in my bathroom. I am disappointed with the combo brush/flosser. I can't aim the flosser at the gumline the way I can with just a normal flosser tip. I wish they made a separate flosser tool for this model.
