The toothbrush is too small to be effective. Perhaps it was designed for a child, but it is much smaller than the battery operated Sonic toothbrush that I am currently using. Could there be a brush like the toothbrush battery operated and not like the small one included with this product?

I like the compact head. I have a small mouth so having this option is important to me. Big brushes usually cut up the back of my mouth. I also feel like you can concentrate on each tooth with the size of the head.
