I really wanted to love the brush heads. They are too small and don't leave my teeth as clean as my old system. Feel like i am brushing with a child size brush.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the Flossing Brush Heads. They are designed small to fit the back of your mouth at the proper angle for flossing. Although they are compact, it does not make them any less effective.
"Long Lasting Stiffness" is important in cleaning!

I purchased an additional set of "Brush Heads" since I am almost positive that the "Brush Bristles" will not last very long and provide enough abrasion to keep the teeth staining to a minimum. A stiffer Plastic should be considered.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are sorry that you are not completely happy with the product. The ADA recommends using a soft toothbrush. The Flossing Brush Heads are rated as soft. We greatly appreciate your feedback and will pass it on to our Product Design Team. We rely heavily on our consumer's feedback when designing and improving our products. We hope this information helps.
Great product, and works as described. After using the product for a month or so, I find that the brush heads are too soft. One big drawback is that if you have two in the same bathroom, you can use the flossing feature on one, while the brushing feature is being used on the other. It will cause the flossing feature to activate on the other brush. Depending on what/how the other person has the brush pointed, it may cause water to go all over the place.
