I like the brush heads but the cap is a little too tight and bends the bristles but that’s just a minor thing.

I got this out of necessity for my oral heath and so far I love it I am not really sure what the difference between the two tooth brush heads are but both of them work as they should and the water pik itself has been amazing making my gums feel the best they ever have
