Incredibly hard to install + misleading pictures

- The photo on the package is not achievable: you can't snap the cable on each of the three lines, as there are no anchors on any but one of the lines. The photos on Best Buy is accurate
- It's incredibly hard to install. The default length is for when you have a 20 feet ceiling... It's a ton of time and effort spent on shortening the cable and the lines.
- Took two people one hour just to install it. Mind you we also have some IKEA fixtures and we're quite self-accredited experts.
- Looks great. Got compliments from two friends who saw my instagram posts and asked for a link.
