I've used HR Block for the last few years with no issues. This year was problem after problem. This might be my last year.

I purchased this software two weeks ago. It has to be one of the worst tax software I ever attempted to use. I ended up having to purchase different software to do my taxes.

Software crashed 100% of the time whenever I tried to upload a pdf version of a w2. Software looks super out of date, functions slowly, and is anything but impressive.
