I have used your product for several years and have always liked it.
The current program does not work well for me.
I have been trying to do my return for three days. Still haven't been able to complete it.
Have a hard time figuring how to go back and correct an entry.

H&R Block tax program review

This tax program is poorly designed and difficult to use. In the end., it did get the job done, however, it took a lot of effort. Even installing the program onto the computer is difficult. I bought the program at a local retailer and brought it home. After numerous attempt to install and start failed, I learned it is actually downloaded from H&R. If I had known this I would have just downloaded it and paid for it on the internet. This program is not in the lest bit intuitive and the instructions are very vague. I have used H&R block since 2013 but will consider changing next year
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare, Hard to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely disappointed that you can not zoom the text or screen. Some of the text is so ridiculously small I can’t believe anyone would be expected to read it. After years of using run software I’m going somewhere else’s next year

I have purchased the H&R Block Deluxe for over 5 years now and I think it is the best and easiest to use. I have never had a problem with any edition. I plan to continue to use it. Thanks for the great package.

I have bought H& R Block for many years now and am well satisfied with the program with the exception of having to pay to send my information to my state.

I got it through the mail every year I been using H&R Block tax for the last 10 years good program easy to understand and get maximum tax refun
