I used to use TurboTax until about 4 years ago when I switched to HRBlock. I have been very pleased with the switch. ive been using HRB for maybe 5 years and this year was the worst. every year i was able to connect to my bank and upload my 1099, but this year it kept giving an error saying not enough space.
Cons: Hard to import documents

Used this program for probably 30 years. I know taxes get tougher each year and more and more forms are out there. Nevertheless, it gets difficult to answer short questions for important results which sometimes makes me feel you want me to throw-up my hands and give up. When I hit learn more, teach me more.

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
