Used H&R Block software for 20 years. Couldn’t get my prior year info to import. Caused me lots of headaches. Think I might try intuit next year unless I can get this software free.
Cons: Hard to import documents

You should a question about the IRS IP PIN before submitting the completed return to the IRS. Seems logical doesn't it. Since this number is only good for one year a remainder to your users would save a lot of frustration when getting a message back from the IRS stating your return was rejected due to IP PIN not updated.

I was unable to get any meaningful assistance regarding an issue with the preparation of my return on-line.
Ultimately I was given an 800 number to call for a brick and mortar in-person location. They refused to see me and provide any assistance based on the on-line business being completely independent from the in-person business.

There are still numerous areas of the program that need to be improved and they are frustrating. But i heard other people state that Turbo Tax is worst. Next year I am going to catalog areas in which the program can be improved.
