It could be made a lot easier to use. For a sale of a rental home it was very unclear how it should be reported. Support also gave me the wrong answer about how it should be handled.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

No support for data entry, wasted 2 hours on the phone and was referred to IRS and MA IR! On a simple question of how to enter out of state earnings. Shameful.

I've been using your product for over 12 years. This year I received a K1 form from one of my ETF'S. I purchased the Deluxe program and it seemed to choke on it. When I went to Help it took me to the online product. Not good. Also you have no online support such as youtube videos for this problem. I'll have to rethink using Block next year.
