Glitches prevented e-filing

I bought the premium installed package + 1 state, rather than use the online version. There were glitches with the installed software. As a resulted, I had to print my returns and incur additional costs with Fedex, instead of being able to use the included e-filing option.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Significantly helps make tax filing easier. Some of the more complex issues (sale of property used for rental inc) were not handled totally correct, so had to make some adjustments.
