Your software is not up to speed with Turbotax.
Particularly the section for donating household goods clothing and other items to charities.
Your data review takes me to a useless page that is very difficult to navigate with no explanation.
It also demands a selection of 50% 30% 20% etc. etc. with Unclear explanation. It tells me to talk to my tax advisor.
That's what I'm paying you guys for!

There there are glitches in the program, fields do not display correctly in the interview but may be ok in the forms. The 1099K issue with the lower reporting threshold does not cover every scenario, and I had to decide whether to continue or ditch the software and go to live help. There isn't live help any more for HRB software like years ago for a fee. I can go on and on. The software has been abandoned in favor of HRB online filing.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using Turbotax forever. I am delighted to have an alternative to Intuit. And the ability to import from Turbotax, although not complete, is a real deal maker. I bought this mainly because of the favorable price and I am not dissatisfied. it isn't perfect but it's close enough.
Pros: Easy to import documents

Software glitches (deleted forms keep reappearing, items not carried from one form to another per IRS guidance) Agent not expert with the software and completely unable to help. Double standard for chat time (cut off at three minutes but make us wait for much longer) Won't be using your service next year.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
