Chat feature should be improved with the option to chat with a human if the "canned" answers to questions are not satisfactory. The ability to see your actual tax return form being completed on the hard copy of the program is a great feature.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

The State form is wrong in so many ways I've lost count. The state of Colorado has easy to follow instructions. The program does not pull the correct numbers forward. Having the wrong numbers is worse that not having the state form

Have used H&R Block software for at least 10 years. Return rejected by IRS with no help from H&R to fix before submittal and the comments with the rejection could not be understood. Very Disappointed. Will not be a user next year

Very happy with the software but the help leaves a bit to be desired. Trying to determine where a specific value originates is difficult. Would be nice to put the cursor in a field to see where the value comes from. Otherwise the siftware dies the job very nicely.
