I’ve used this program for years but changes recently have created stumbling blocks which require either more research or have to get creative both of which require extra time.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overal good except I had to print and mail my state tax. I could not resend electronically because I was going to be charged a second time.

There are bugs in the software. If you have to go back to correct an item, the program gets stuck and will not move forward. The program also keeps telling you that you have an error, even after you have corrected it or assuring it that the item is correct.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There are certain features that only work correctly using the interview interface. They do not work correctly when manually from forms. It is a bug!
