Ive been using HR Block for several years now. Although I find the Federal a useful product , the NJ State features are well below par and need significant enhancement.

efile vs print problem

I wanted to efile my federal return and print and mail my state return. However, I could not find a way to efile without efiling both together.
I did efile both in 2023 so I guess when I uploaded my 2023 returns into 2024 that efile link just came along. I could not find any thing addressing this issue in the Help.
I will continue to buy and use H&R Block but will not upload my 2024 files into my 2025, and just start as if I do not have a previous year's return.
