Intuitive. Catches errors or "gotcha's" effectively before submission. Having been a longtime user, the instructions were easy for me. But a little bit better on-boarding experience might help for entirely new users to H&R Block. Usually that can be an upfront questionnaire that asks the basic "What was your XYZ situation last year", e.g. "What was your retirement situation", "What was your medical situation", "What was your housing situation" ... etc. It would make users more confident to cover everything prior to filling the official sections out.

I find the H&R Block software to be intuitive and easy to use. Hence I've remained a loyal user for several years. My return is somewhat complex with property sales, investments and rental income but all is clear. When I previously had issues with downloading the software because I was out of the country support was able to resolve the issue quickly. I'll be back!
