My friend helped me do my taxes last year using this software. She must have been used to it. I tried and it took too long and I was confused by questions. I should have been able to follow the taxes previously prepared with same software. I could not do easily. I am not Rockefeller. I don’t want to pay for help. We downloaded the software(difficult version) and tried doing online. Online version was easier but they differences in refunds???
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare, Hard to install, Hard to import

NRA status of spouse no where to be found

This product or H&R block falls short (does not include) on very important part of the filling as head of Household as it does not include any information for an NRA spouse
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare

With simple to moderately complicated financial affairs, HR Block will do a decent job of providing your tax return. There is a learning curve and not everything works out as intuitively as I would like. Maybe I ask too much.
