The only problem I've encountered is when a second wage earner is added (scanned), the W-2 defaults to the first wage earner's income. Then the app automatically overstates social security contributions, resulting in a higher, false refund.

my family has been using your software for more than 20 years. what erks us is that we are allowed 5 federal and state returns, we have to pay extra for extensions. this forces us to use the government free online forms or mail in a free paper copy

It's easy to use, has current tax changes/updates, pre-loads data from prior year taxes, steps you through categories to complete, has search capabilities to find topics and forms, summary pages, year-over year comparison, error/missing information check at completion before submittal, includes state tax return as well (for extra price), email communication, and status inquiry.

Once someone transmittes their returns, the program still suggests an update, which I did but then program showed I still needed to transmit. Didn't catch up until after I put credit card in again. Finally said I had already transmitted and to check status. Also I never received email returns were accepted but the program did indicate that.
