I have used HR Block tax software for years, including --previously -- TaxCut.
My spouse has W2 earnings from a full-time job, and I have 1099-NEC, 1099-MISC, and 1099-K earnings from freelance and small business work, and 1099-R retirement earnings. We both have HSAs, and I have both a SEP IRA and Roth IRA as well as a joint investment account with my spouse.
My tax situation is perhaps not as complex as some others', but still, it took me only about 4-5 hours one morning to prepare and file my taxes.
I am thoroughly satisfied with HR Block Premium tax software, and I highly recommend it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I've used H&R Block software for years and like it. However, the software this year changed two different numerical inputs with no reason to do so. This resulted in my return being rejected by the IRS TWICE. The input that the software changed the first time was corrected by me, but a second different numerical input (that was correct previously) was changed by the software the second time that I e-filed. This caused a lot of extra work and hassle, so I'm not happy about it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

When you buy the program and download it, it is very easy to navigate. The software walked me through everything one step at a time. And at the end before you submit to IRS, it does an accuracy check. I feel more confident using H&R Block for my taxes.

I found the software a bit cumbersome. Couldn't go back and forth without having to keep going thru parts already answered. However, it did guide me thru correctly to do my taxes.
