The software is very good and drives you through all the filing steps with clarity. However, my experience with the State filing was disappointing. I could never text with an agent online or e-file my State taxes as well. Here I believe HRBlock hid the fact that it can't e-file in DC...or am I wrong! I paid for Premium software, I should have been told...
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I order the new annual version each year. This software is the easiest to use that I have found. The results are accurate and easy to file on-line.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Terrible. I downloaded this and learned it cannot handle a k-1. Now I need to obtain other software and file an amended return. I intend to ask for refund, but how dare you promise you can handle investments when you can’t.
