I have been using this program for many years. Last year there was an issue with a form where I sold a property because I couldn't transfer the amount from the Federal Return correctly to my state return. It took several months to get my refund from the state. This year, the program would not allow me to eFile my state return, so I had to print almost 40 pages and mail them (certified). The post office lost my return. I'm not going to buy this program next year if it can't property reconcile the federal with the state return and if I can't eFile both returns. I did buy the more expensive program and would have paid for an upgrade, if necessary, to file the return electronically.

The federal taxes work great but the state calculated fields are not always correct. The Delaware tax program calculated the tax amount incorrectly (according to Delaware). . It was also hard to use and I had to go to the state"s information site to understand. I would love to give you details if you're interested
