I have been purchasing your software for years and it always stops working, gets stuck, & slows down my computer. I don’t know why I keep getting it. This year is the worst. I’ve been sitting here an hour trying to file my taxes. It keeps freezing up. This is Elaine Henderson, not Nicole.

I bought the tax program this year. I spent a day trying to get it to work. I called the help center and spoke with then for an hour. They said I found an error and they would get back to me. Never did! Awful service!

Have used H&RB for many years in preparing my taxes and am very satisfied with the ease of use and efficiency in putting my info in the program. One small upgrade would be to add a note field to each dollar input field to allow an annotation as to any specifics for a particular input, would be most helpful.
