This year had issues with electronic filing. Two years ago the product fiald to deduct my property taxes correctly and an accounted found the error the next year. Filed an amended return to get money that was owed.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

I wish the program allowed you to SKIP a section, then take you back to the skipped section(s) when you next start the program. This would make it much easier to start before all the necessary documents were available.
OBTW, I seldom recommend anything to anybody.

There are always opportunities to improve, but overall an excellent tool for tax preparation. One opportunity to improve is the ability to print individual tax forms as filed. Perhaps this feature is available, but it was difficult for me to find the correct commands.
