I have used H&R Block software for over 15 years now. This year I downloaded the software and worked through my taxes in a short period of time. I did enter something incorrectly and used their phone support to make the corrections. It was my fault for the incorrect entry and not the fault of the software but having phone support available was very helpful. It wasn't very hard to reach a real person to help me either. Entering my data was easy and straight forward as was filing my tax returns. I will use H&R Block software again next year.

Continue to use the product to import previous years. There were two issues that need to be addressed. I had a 1099 misc income which the program does then not allow me to efile - no explanation. Had to file extension and had trouble using program to file state extension

I've found over the years that the software is pretty easy to use. I would like to see a dummy version of help to get the use through some of the questionable areas of the program.
