Great software and very convenient to complete your return if you have a basic understanding of filing income taxes.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming

very bad to say the least. It crashed even when I tried to save a file. Crash when tried to do backup.
Cons: Hard to fix issues

I have used HR Block - Premium plus State for several years and would not think of using any other tax software. It is very user friendly and transfers info from one year to the next. It's thorough with taking you through all the available tax credits.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

Tough time using.

AMT line kept asking for input-something the program should have done. Schedule E keep insisting on a value for rent received- even though I had indicated the unit was not rented in 2017. Would not let me e-file until I eliminated Schedule E, also something the program should have done. I see no credit posted for rental expenses- perhaps because of non renting but the program should have explained that.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues, Hard to prepare, Hard to import
