I've used H&R Block software to eFile for about 10 years now so this filing is familiar. I see some good improvement with additional information to fill this year. Just want to call out a few things:
1. tax credit for home EV charger (Form 8911) is still missing.
2. For tax year 2023, there's a step to collect the starting time of home mortgage. However, if I refi'ed after 2017, should I use the refi date or the original loan date to get the grandfather benefit? Some explanation will be good.
3. Some steps regarding HSA can provide more explanation of the questions.

The 2023 version did not seem as intuitive as last year's 2022 version. Navigation between interviews and forms was less seamless, and navigation among interviews was far less obvious. Working within forms was very challenging. The interview questions and explanations were mostly very good and pointed me to some tax savings that TurboTax would NOT have.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
