User Friendly!

I purchased Turbo-Tax and hated it! I spent more money on it thinking it would be better. I ended up purchasing H & R Block and loved how easy it was! I hate that I wasted my money on Turbo-Tax. Great job H & R Block!
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to install
I would recommend this to a friend!

Program worked okay until I wanted to file my state. They charged my credit card twice and I still had to mail it in because they wanted my credit card information again to send my state after it was rejected by the federal for an error.
