The product itself was very functional and user friendly.
Only had one issue, the key code for the free federal return did not work. Called tech support and the automated replacement code also did not work but after getting in touch with a customer service representative, I got a working code.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Software crashes constantly on MacBook. Doesn’t auto-save when it should. Auto read w2 is frequently wrong. Still, I do trust it in terms of calculations.

Easy program. Need to fix the accuracy check for W2 state error for WA. WA state does not have state income tax and the error comes up and expects values when there aren’t any. Hope this is fixes next year.
