Got Federal refund in 8 days. However the Arizona state return had to be mailed since no contribution credit form 352 for Qualifying Foster Care Charitable Organizations.Had to provide printed Arizona Form number 352. When can Arizona form 352 be added? Jim

I have used this software for at least 10 years, and have always been very satisfied with being able to do our taxes each year. The customer service is very good, and I keep coming back to the premium because of its usefulness in working with our rental home, and deductions.
Also, the price is much better than the competitors.

This is good TAX return tool.
There is a bug in the e-file.
when I am trying to file Federal and State tax together, Due to the Federal return tax file has error, it is rejected, the State tax has been charged the first time.
The State tax will not be processed until Federal tax is processed.

After fix the error for federal return and refile it and refile it. the State tax will be charged second time.
If there are 5 time to correct the federal tax for submissions, the state tax has been charged 5 times even no one state tax file is processed.
It is ridiculous bug here.

I do this on a mac laptop, and it works just fine. I have some issues with 'bugs' here and there so you have to watch the totals, depending on what you're filing. For example, if you do business use of home and take a property tax deduction for that percentage, it's easy to enter the 1098 again on another screen and it doesn't correct it. It's easy to spot once you do a pdf save and review it, though. Otherwise I've used this software for years and will continue to do so.

I've used this software for 30 years. I appreciate the user friendliness. 2022 taxes were extremely difficult for myself. I did had to pay an office visit and speak with an analyst. The staff was very helpful. I continued to struggle but with the combined assistance our taxes were completed successfully.
