Somewhat "Klunky" to use

I'm a long time Turbo Tax user. Thought I would try this one this year. User interface is a bit on the "Klunky" side. Maybe its just because I was so familiar with how to use the Turbo Tax, not sure. State tax portion seemed to be very difficult to follow. Maybe Michigan changed enough (Again) to create this, but was hard to follow
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Schedule E Rentals and Royalties interview is confusing for me and I have been doing tax returns for 49 years.
Pros: Easy to import documents

The PA state returns are antiquated in look, feel and usability. Your team should be focusing a lot more attention on updating state returns, especially PA. Also, the prolonged "Pemding" status without any context of meaningful insights is maddening.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Easy to Prepare My Personal Taxes & Small Business

I have used for the last several years to prepare my personal taxes that include a sole proprietor small business. It's very intuitive for the most part and now I can e-file both federal and state. I had to manually update the form 1099G showing the Payer and associated Payer ID for Indiana DOR in order to e-file both the state and federal together.
